Every day is an adventure

Our awesome programming is designed to bring campers together, while fostering lifelong friendships through exciting games and thrilling activities. Our campers let loose at the all-camp dance, discover their inner star when they shine at our talent show, and build their confidence as they conquer relay challenges.

But that's not all — we also have low and high ropes, zipline, therapy dogs, basketball, volleyball, archery, disc golf, campfire songs, putt-putt golf, gaga ball, mountain biking, and so much more. At Camp Wapiyapi, the fun never stops!

A safe and caring environment

At Camp Wapiyapi, the well-being and happiness of our campers is our top priority. Our dedicated team of experienced volunteers and staff create a safe and nurturing community where every camper thrives.

With on-site, round-the-clock medical staff, we ensure that medication needs are met and address any urgent concerns promptly. Our incredible volunteers, with diverse backgrounds and a passion for caring, bring valuable childcare experience and a strong dedication to serving their communities. Rest assured, your child is in capable and caring hands at Camp Wapiyapi.

Our courageous campers

We serve campers between ages 6 and 17, with a focus on the family as a whole. This means we welcome patients at varying stages of treatments, and siblings are always able to join us at camp even if the patient can’t! If you’re considering joining this year, make sure to consider a few things first:

Mobility

All buildings are handicap-accessible, and we operate golf carts to assist those with mobility issues. While there is some level of physical activity throughout camp, we can adjust activities as needed.

Altitude

Our camp operates at approximately 8,500 ft — consider any physical conditions or limitations that may be affected by altitude.
